According to the data, compared with the same period of last year, the import volume of roasted oysters in the Japanese market in the year of 2018 increased little, with an increase of only 300 tons, and the final import volume was 14,870 tons, which was basically the same as that of 2017. In this regard, the head of the local large-scale commercial company said: "At the beginning of the year, the seedlings suffered a big harvest, and the price of raw materials has skyrocketed. In order to meet the domestic market demand in Japan, we have tried our best, but the final import volume is only slightly higher than the same period last year. In fact, due to The cost of baked products has risen sharply, and many of the supermarkets have seen a significant decline in sales of roasted oysters this year. The result of the reduction in total sales is estimated to be inevitable."

  The 2019 year (September 2018 - August 2019) has been going on for more than a month, and the Japanese market is in the off-season of squid consumption. Contrary to the cold market in the Japanese market, the Chinese market has recently ushered in the Mid-Autumn Festival and the National Day holiday. As one of the world's largest producers of export baked oysters, the demand for roasted oysters in the domestic market in China has increased significantly. The prices of raw materials in the main producing areas of the country are stable, and the prices of large-size raw materials are even rising slightly.

  When talking about the future export of raw materials in the Chinese market, Japanese business people believe that with the end of the holiday, the price of raw materials produced in mainland China may be slightly reduced from November, and the overall price will be in line with the Japanese market. "But 2p, 2.5p and other large-size raw materials should not cut prices." The business community predicted.

   In addition, due to the Sino-US trade war, the number of baked products processed by the Chinese mainland to the United States has declined recently. However, the demand for squid in China's domestic market has increased significantly during the National Day holiday, and the overall market is still relatively stable.
